However, fate had different plans, as Stack did not appear for the Seahawks halfway through the season, leaving the team with a 6-4 record and third in the conference.

The Springfield Pride will be entering the 2025 season riding on the high of its fourth consecutive NEWMAC Championship title and first undefeated regular season since 2017. The Pride looked primed to become the NCAA Division III National Champions, but was stopped in its tracks during the quarterfinal match against North Central when it posted its worst score of the season in a 3-27 loss.

In one of the premier conferences in Division III, Freis is looking to establish himself and his program as one of the best not only in the Ohio Athletic Conference, but the country.

In 2025, the Capital University Comets are looking to bounce back from a 1-9 2024 outing, and are returning several key players to do so. Led by head coach Brian Foos who is entering his sixth year as head coach, the Comets are still searching for success. Foos has not had a winning season during his time at Capital, despite seemingly doing everything right.

The Villanova Wildcats celebrated a 10-4 overall record in 2024 and their second consecutive season with 10 wins. They went on to compete through the second round of the FCS Playoffs, holding Incarnate Word to just 13 points but taking a loss. Now they look to revamp on both sides of the ball to keep the success going.
