At Big 12 Media Days, TCU's Jalen Reagor and West Virginia's TJ Simmons each discussed the impact that social media can have on a player's mental health.
"People say that they understand, but they really don't," Reagor said. "They're not in those shoes. They don't understand what it's like to lose a game and then go check your Instagram DMs, your Twitter DMs."
