Week 5 of the college football season has a little bit of everything on FloCollege.

With Flo's CAA Game of the Week, a key Lone Star Conference matchup and an in-state rivalry trophy on the line, there's plenty to watch on FloCollege from Oct. 2-3.
Here are five games you won't want to miss on FloCollege in Week 5.
Elon At New Hampshire: Flo's CAA Game Of The Week
Elon has quietly put together one of the strongest starts in the CAA.
The Phoenix enter Week 5 at 4-1 overall and 2-1 in conference play, their best five-game start since their 2022 FCS playoff season. Since a 31-10 loss at Rhode Island, Elon has responded with consecutive CAA wins over Sacred Heart and Maine Football.
The latest was a 43-17 victory over Maine in which freshman running back Kamerin McDowell-Moore rushed for a career-high 126 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries. He earned his second CAA Rookie of the Week honor for the performance.
New Hampshire enters at 1-4 after a 20-13 loss to Sacred Heart, but the Wildcats showed some progress on the ground with a season-high 181 rushing yards. Seth Smith accounted for 107 of them.
Now Elon heads to Durham for Flo's CAA Game of the Week during New Hampshire's Homecoming and Hall of Fame Weekend.
Brown At Rhode Island: The Governor's Cup Is On The Line
Throw the records out for this one. There's hardware involved.
Brown and Rhode Island meet in the 44th Governor's Cup, giving the Week 5 FloCollege schedule an in-state rivalry game with a trophy on the line.
Rhode Island enters at 2-3 after consecutive CAA losses to Stony Brook and North Carolina A&T. The Rams nearly erased a 22-3 deficit against NC A&T last week but ultimately fell 22-18 after four turnovers led to 16 Aggies points.
That's a frustrating stretch for a program coming off consecutive FCS playoff appearances and CAA championships.
Brown, meanwhile, enters at 1-1 after playing nationally ranked Harvard in a 14-10 loss. The Bears fell behind 14-0 before making it a four-point game and giving themselves a chance late.
This isn't just another in-state matchup. Brown and Rhode Island first met in 1909, and this year's game will be the 110th meeting between the Ocean State rivals.
The Governor's Cup has been awarded since 1981, and Rhode Island had owned it recently with six straight wins before Brown finally took it back last season with a 28-21 upset of the nationally ranked Rams.
Now Rhode Island wants it back.
More than a century of history, Ocean State bragging rights, and the esteemed Governor's Cup are all on the line.
Northern Michigan At No. 1 Ferris State: The Streak Rolls On
At this point, every Ferris State game comes with the same question: Who is finally going to beat the Bulldogs?
Ferris State enters Week 5 at 4-0 and remains the unanimous No. 1 team in the AFCA Division II Coaches Poll after receiving all 31 first-place votes.
The Bulldogs haven't exactly been squeaking by, either.
Ferris State piled up 668 yards of offense in a 73-6 win over Kentucky Christian last week, with quarterback Wyatt Bower throwing for 217 yards and three touchdowns.
The victory extended Ferris State's winning streak to 34 consecutive games, tying the Bulldogs for the third-longest winning streak in Division II history.
Northern Michigan enters at 0-4, making Ferris State the heavy favorite on paper. But until somebody ends this run, watching the No. 1 Bulldogs chase another piece of Division II history is reason enough to tune in.
Kentucky Wesleyan At No. 10 Northwood: Now Comes The Encore
The Timberwolves delivered one of the biggest results of Week 4 when they went on the road and dominated then-No. 8 Findlay, 34-11.
It was Northwood's first victory over an AFCA-ranked opponent since 2006 and pushed the 4-0 Timberwolves all the way to No. 10 in this week's FloCollege rankings.
Quarterback Ethan Hamby was nearly perfect against Findlay, completing 28 of 31 passes for 273 yards and three touchdowns while adding another score on the ground. His three touchdown passes also made him Northwood's career leader with 38.
The defense was just as impressive. Northwood held Findlay to 171 total yards and only 24 on the ground.
Kentucky Wesleyan enters Week 5 at 0-4, so this isn't about Northwood pulling another upset. It's about what happens after one.
The Timberwolves have everybody's attention now. Can they handle it?
A Battle in the LSC: Central Washington At Angelo State
Central Washington's 2-2 record needs some context.
The Wildcats' two losses came against FCS opponent Cal Poly and No. 1 Ferris State. Since then, the defending Lone Star Conference champions have responded with victories over then-No. 10 Western Oregon and Sul Ross State.
Central Washington is now 2-0 in LSC play.
The Wildcats went wild in their 61-22 win over Sul Ross State, piling up 442 rushing yards. Tyren Bumgarner led the way with 196 yards and three touchdowns, while Antoine Lee added 114 yards.
Angelo State's record deserves some context, too.
The Rams opened the season 0-3 before walking into Western Oregon and upsetting the No. 18 Wolves, 29-28, in overtime.
QB Ayden Arp threw for 280 yards and four touchdowns, and Angelo State ended the game by successfully going for two after its overtime touchdown.
Suddenly, a Lone Star Conference matchup between 2-2 Central Washington team visiting a 1-3 Angelo State squad looks a whole lot more interesting than those records suggest.
