Northwood handed No. 8 Findlay its first loss of the season, rolling to a 34-11 victory behind Ethan Hamby's three touchdown passes.

No. 11 Northwood made one of the biggest statements of the NCAA Division II football season Saturday, handing No. 8 Findlay its first loss with a convincing 34-11 victory at Donnell Stadium.

Quarterback Ethan Hamby completed 28 of 31 passes for 273 yards and three touchdowns as the Timberwolves improved to 4-0 and strengthened their case as one of the top teams in Division II. 

The win also gives Northwood an early edge in the G-MAC title race, while Findlay falls to 3-1 after entering the day ranked eighth in the FloCollege Top 25.
