First Win Of The Tom Perkovich Era: Albany Beats New Hampshire 28-14 To Start The Season 1-0

Albany and first-year head coach Tom Perkovich picked up their first win of the college football season, defeating New Hampshire 28-14 on August 28.

Albany was led by Joey Koch and Rahshan La Mons, the star RB duo who took over the game en route to over 300 rushing yards.

Wildcats QB Brooks Bentley put up a valiant effort with over 200 yards and 2 touchdowns, but the UNH offense wasn't able to capitalize in the red zone and scored just 14 points.
