CAA Announces Schedule For 2020 Season

The CAA has released its schedule for the 2020 season, which features each team playing 11 games over a 13-week period.

The conference schedule includes four home games and four road games for each team as they face eight of the other 11 CAA Football members. Starting on September 5 with reigning CAA champion James Madison hosting Delaware, there will be at least one conference contest each Saturday. There is a full slate of league action on Nov. 7 and Nov. 14.

The non-conference schedule features 13 games against FBS opponents, with every CAA team playing at least one. Eight of those contests are against teams from Power 5 leagues, including five against ACC squads.

CAA Football has won at least one game against FBS foes in 11 of the past 14 years. The league's members have also been dominant against non-conference FCS competition, posting a 26-6 record (.813) this season.
