Well, “J5” is running sub 4.2-second 40-yard dashes these days with hopes of playing wide receiver in the NFL.

Franklin will officially run at the National Scouting Combine in Indianapolis next week. Were he to run the same time there, he’d break Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver John Ross’ record of 4.22.
