Former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow has a pretty full calendar these days, what with his continued run at professional baseball, on-air contributions to the SEC Network, writing books, and, of course, instituting world peace.

But, should the Heisman Trophy winner get tired of chasing breaking balls and arguing with Paul Finebaum whilst wearing makeup, Gators head coach Dan Mullen has an idea.

“I talked to Timmy, and I’d love to get Timmy back in the program in whatever role he would want to come in,” Mullen said. “His plate’s full, but we’d love to get him back in whatever capacity.”

Interesting — but, also, kind of a no-brainer.

Tebow’s college career is the stuff of legend, to the extent that he remains very relevant with that all-important 15-to-18-year-old male demographic.

You can’t accomplish more as a college quarterback than what the Ponte Vedra, Florida, native achieved, and it’s tough to argue with his qualifications as a play-caller — assuming he can just erase anything he observed while with the Jets from his memory.

Besides, if all else fails, Tebow has a demonstrated ability to rip off movie quotes during halftime speeches, so that helps. And he hasn’t even used "Friday Night Lights" or "Any Given Sunday" yet.
