Jimbo Fisher To Texas A&M Imminent As FSU Commits Drop Like Flies
Jimbo Fisher has deal in place to be next head coach at Texas A&M
If Jimbo Fisher is staying at Florida State, it seems he forgot to tell some of the headliners from the Seminoles’ 2018 recruiting class.
No fewer than four players have decommitted in the past couple of days, with four-star offensive lineman Verdis Brown, four-star cornerback Houston Griffith, and three-star safety Israel Mukuamu joining four-star Grayson (GA) standout Wanya Morris in re-opening their respective recruitment processes.

I have decided to decommit from Florida State University and reopen my recruitment.

I’ve decided to reopen my recruitment.

This run of decommitments is a damning signal for Florida State fans hoping to retain their head coach — and it also comes alongside multiple reports that a deal between Fisher and Texas A&M is in place.
At this point, it would be more surprising to see Fisher in Tallahassee, FL, through the end of the week than not.
