This Florida State Hype Video Will Launch You Into Football Season
The last few days before the start of the college football season seem to last forever. We can't do much about that, but we can ensure that the next few minutes are awesome, thanks to this Florida State Seminoles hype video.
You guys, we made it. High school football season is officially ratcheted up to "all systems go," and when we wake up in the morning, the college football season will be upon us.
All that's left to do is make it through one last work day -- and this awesome Florida State hype video is sure to help with that.
Ranked third in both the AP and coaches polls, the Seminoles are highly touted once again. However, they will be without superstar running back Dalvin Cook in 2017, and opening the season against top-ranked Alabama on Sept. 2 in Atlanta isn't exactly easing into things.
Quarterback Deondre Francois has flashed signs of brilliance, and the redshirt sophomore will be required to fulfill his potential this season. Fortunately for Francois, junior Nyqwan Murray is a star in the making at wide receiver. The question marks for Florida State are along the offensive line and in the backfield. Junior Jacques Patrick and freshman Cam Akers figure to carry the bulk of the rushing load, but replacing a back like Cook is never easy.
The 'Noles are potentially elite on the defensive line and in the secondary. All-American safety Derwin James had his 2016 season ended extremely prematurely as a result of a September knee injury. He's back -- and joined by cornerback Tarvarus McFadden, who led the nation in interceptions a season ago.
Buckle up for the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game on Sept. 2. It's going to be a doozy.
