#5 Susquehanna vs. #14 Christopher Newport - 1:00 PM ET
The highest-profile matchup of the weekend comes out of the DIII level.
To my surprise, Susquehanna has not come close to folding under a new head coach. They've come into the season hungrier than ever, going undefeated through their first three games.
Christopher Newport is also undefeated this season.
The two played each other twice in the 2025 season. During the regular season, Christopher Newport took the win. But later in the season in the DIII NCAA tournament, Susquehanna took CNU out in the second round.
Will history repeat itself, or will Susquehanna win it early in the season?
Assumption vs. AIC - 2:00 PM ET
It's time to start seeing NE10 teams in the rankings. To do that, we must watch their games to see why they belong up there.
First, let's start with Assumption vs. AIC. This game is going to be a close one. They go back and forth in conference stats, with AIC earning 244 average passing yards per game and Assumption close behind at 234.3 yards. Then Assumption leads over AIC with 108 average rushing yards per game, and AIC owns 96 average yards.
AIC holds a 2-1 overall record, and Assumption has earned a 1-2 record after playing 2 ranked teams in their first two weeks.
My money is on AIC, but I guess you'll just have to tune into FloCollege to see for yourself.
Bentley vs. Franklin Pierce - 6:00 PM ET
Franklin Pierce has been one to watch this season, and have you been watching?
If you haven't, now's the time as they play the favorite Bentley.
Bentley and Franklin Pierce lead the NE10 in many statistical categories, but the one on top might surprise you.
Franklin Pierce just edges out Bentley in rushing yards, averaging 222 per game. Bentley follows behind at 209. Of those rushing yards, Anthony Johnson leads the NE10 average with 126 yards per game. Bentley holds 3 of the top 6 places for highest rushing yards in the NE10, led by Isaiah Osgood.
The DII football world is much bigger than the NE10, but this game is all about the NE10. It's still early in the season, but a win for either team could make or break the championship title.
New Hampshire vs. Sacred Heart - 12:00 PM ET
Who doesn't love a good DI game of the week? With so many CAA matchups on Flo this week, this is the one you can't miss. Both teams are looking to turn their seasons around after a rough start.
UNH and SHU are looking for their first conference win of the season, and Sacred Heart is looking for its first overall win.
