The newest national high school football rankings feature a new No. 1 team and significant movement following several notable results.
St. Thomas Aquinas moved from No. 6 to No. 1 in the USA TODAY Sports Super 25 rankings after defeating DeSoto 38-14. IMG Academy dropped one position to No. 2 despite improving to 2-0 with a 59-10 victory over Cornerstone Christian.

Columbus made one of the largest moves of the week. The Miami program entered the rankings at No. 6 after defeating previously No. 2 Bishop Gorman 33-28. Santa Margarita climbed from No. 23 to No. 5 following a 21-20 victory over previously No. 4 Centennial.
