In its first year in the ODAC, Gallaudet is looking to continue its winning tradition. Here's the Bison's full 2025 schedule and more.

Gallaudet football is joining the ODAC in 2025 after a 2024 season that saw the Bison finish with a 5-4 overall and 2-1 conference record. The only deaf university in the country, Gallaudet has always been a strong competitor in the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference, but joined the ODAC for football when the conference folded following the 2024 season.

With a new head coach in Stefan LeFors, the Bison are looking to make an impact in the ODAC. The Bison run a unique offense, with no true QB1. Trevin Adams and Gabe Segovia are likely to split time again, but Gallaudet is a run-heavy offense. 

Zion Ortiz is the top returning rusher, as he had 245 yards and one touchdown. Marcus Gabriel-Brown is the next returning rusher and he had 232 yards and two touchdowns. In the air, Jaylen Johnson leads the team in receiving yards and he had 161 and four touchdowns. 

Zack Parsons and AJ Markel are also set to make a big impact on the offense as both have experience catching passes and running the ball.

On defense, Zefan Nathanson is returning for his senior season at defensive back and last season, led the team in tackles with 61, had seven tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble. 

At linebacker, Jacob Hundley is returning to lead that group, and he had 42 tackles including six tackles for loss, two sacks and two interceptions. 

Joining a new conference usually calls for a period of adjustment, and this year will be all about seeing how well the Bison can adjust to the ODAC.
