To start the 2025 high school football season, one of the top teams in the country, Milton (GA) will face off against The First Academy (FL) on FloFootball on Friday, Aug 22. 

Milton, ranked No. 18 in the 2025 HSFA Top 300, is looking to follow up on its perfect 15-0 season from 2024 when it won the Georgia 5A State Championship and finished ranked second in the nation by MaxPreps. 

This season, Milton is already off to a slower start than last season, falling to Buford 20-13 the first week of the season. 

The First Academy is looking to bounce back from its 0-10 season in 2025 during which it forfeited nine of its 10 games. First Academy opened the season with a week zero scrimmage against IMG Academy where they lost 41-7. The Royals are playing the toughest schedule in school history and one of the toughest in the nation.

With both teams fresh of losses, here's how to watch what will be an emotionally-charged game between Milton and The First Academy.
