Michigan Tech quarterback Alex Fries found a way to make a negative play into a positive one, and oh, was it a positive play. 

Rolling to his left, Fries found receiver Ethan Chamoney for a 70-yard touchdown against Wayne State. The score cut the game to a 23-21 lead for Wayne State.

Fries is over the 200-yard mark in the game and late in the fourth quarter was 15-of-25 passing with two touchdowns.

The game was a back-and-forth contest until Wayne State was able to take control early in the fourth quarter.
